Hope she likes it. Maybe she'll hang it up over the crib or on the door to the nursery. This project by the way, is one of the easiest things I have ever made. All you need is a grapevine wreath, a boa, and some wooden letters and acrylic paint. I hot-glue everything on. But I'm sure you figured that one out already.
Speaking of hot-glue... I hot-glued a sign on a wall in my house. That thing is not coming down without bringing down some sheetrock with it! One of the greatest ideas I have every had. :)
Here's a banner to match the theme of the shower...
And these are some... well, I don't really know what to call these. I saw some of these made from fabric scraps and buttons and I thought I could do these with ribbon. I believe I'll be attaching them to headbands, purses and some cardigans that I own. Maybe flip-flops too. ...well...I like them anyway. Don't faint! I actually used a needle and thread for this project. :)
So, what do you think?
Super cute! I love the banner! Thanks so much for stopping by and joining the Sunday Showcase Party! I greatly appreciate it! Hope you have a wonderful week! Hope to see you again Sunday! ~ Stephanie Lynn
ReplyDeleteLove the colors you used! What a fun project! And what DID you do with the cute button ruffled flower thingies?
ReplyDeleteI glued them on headbands! ...And pinned one onto a cardigan.
